Fork Lift Truck - Refresher/Re-certification
Introduction
This practical course is for existing fork lift truck operators who have previously passed the test. Fork lift truck operators are recommended to take this course at three year intervals. The course fully complies with the Approved Code of Practice for the Training of Fork Lift Truck Operators (April 1989).
Aims
To remind participants of the need for and the methods of correct and safe operation of fork lift trucks and to re-take the test.
The Course Covers
- The Health & Safety at Work Act and its implications
- FLT Operators Safety Code
- Maneuvering in confined spaces
- Stacking and destacking procedures
- Practical test
Course Duration
One Day
Certification
Certificate on passing the test.
