- How to improve interpersonal skills with the work team, senior management,
colleagues and customers alike.
Who Should Attend
Newly appointed Supervisors and first line Managers or Supervisors having no
formal management training, wishing to learn fundamental supervisory skills with
an emphasis on people. The course is also suitable as a refresher for
experienced personnel.
