Foundation Skills for Team Leaders & Supervisors

Upgrade to NEBSM Introductory Level Award (ITSU)

Introduction:

This Three day continuation of the Foundation Skills for Team Leaders and Supervisors course, exposes delegates to additional supervisory topics and enable them to achieve the NEBSM (National Examination Board for Supervisory Management) Introductory Certificate.

Delegates will attend a 2 day workshop, complete an assignment in their place of work (over a 1 month period) and finally, present a short report on their assignment at a 1 day follow-up workshop.

Delegates Will Learn:

  • How to introduce and manage change
  • The supervisors role in managing quality, health and safety, employment legislation and employee development issues.
  • How to control costs more effectively
  • How to undertake an assignment
  • Basic presentations skills

Delegates who have previously attended the three day Foundation Skills for Team Leaders & Supervisors course.
