Sexual Harassment, alcohol consumption and smoking are sensitive issues that can affect people in the workplace.

In these three short videos, Mel and Griff act out a number of scenarios that tackle these problems, raising awareness of underlying attitudes and prejudices, as well as explaining the need for company policy.

These videos are designed to bring the issues out into the open encouraging people to confront them head-on and enter into a positive discussion.
