The Disinfection of Building Water Systems Using Chlorine Based
Chemicals
Introduction
This course is designed for any person who is required to carry out or
supervise disinfection work as part of a Legionella prevention strategy.
Aims
To provide delegates with the information necessary to enable them to safely
disinfect water systems in accordance with HS(G) 70.
Objectives
By the end of the course delegates will be:
- More confident in using/supervising chemicals
- Able to assess contracts for the work.
- Able to safeguard the workplace
- Able to display certificate (if successful)
